Overview
EG44273 is a single-channel high-speed low-side gate driver capable of effectively driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. It delivers high peak source/sink current pulses for capacitive loads, while providing rail-to-rail drive capability and short propagation delay. Wide supply voltage range of 4V~20V, quiescent current less than 1uA. At VCC = 12V, it provides symmetric 2A peak sink/source drive capability; available in SOT23-5 package.
