Overview
This N-channel MOSFET is designed to improve the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters using synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. Compared to other MOSFETs with similar RDS(ON) specifications, these MOSFETs offer faster switching speeds and lower gate charge. As a result, the MOSFET is easy and safer to drive (even at very high frequencies), and enables higher overall efficiency in DC/DC power supply designs.
