Overview
HTC4427AEOA713 is a power switch driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging power switch gates. The device exhibits high latch-up immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. Noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) on the ground pin will not damage the device. It can withstand reverse sink currents of up to 500mA without causing damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0kV.
