Overview

HX2312A is an overvoltage/overcurrent protection switch IC with an integrated high-voltage power MOSFET. The IC continuously monitors the input voltage and output current. When the monitored input voltage or output current exceeds the preset threshold, the IC turns off the power MOSFET to cut off the voltage and current path, thereby protecting downstream devices. HX2312A features a fixed built-in overcurrent protection threshold. Additionally, the IC provides thermal shutdown and undervoltage lockout protection.
