HX3690A is a single-cell lithium battery protection IC with integrated MOSFETs. The device features ultra-low power consumption and very low on-resistance integrated MOSFETs. It provides comprehensive protection functions including charge overvoltage, charge overcurrent, discharge overvoltage, discharge overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection, ensuring safe and efficient cell operation. The HX3690A adopts an ESOP_8 package, requiring only one resistor and one capacitor as external components, enabling an extremely simple application circuit with reliable and safe operation.
