IP5305T

IP5305T is a multi-function power management SOC integrating a boost converter, lithium battery charge management, and battery level indication, providing a complete power solution for power banks. The high integration and rich feature set of IP5305T require minimal external components in application, effectively reducing overall solution size and lowering BOM cost. IP5305T requires only a single inductor to implement both buck and boost functions, supporting low-cost inductors and capacitors. IP5305T's synchronous boost system delivers 1.0A output current with conversion efficiency up to 91%. Under no-load conditions, it automatically enters sleep mode, reducing quiescent current to 100uA. IP5305T adopts switched charging technology, providing 1.2A current with charging efficiency up to 92%. Built-in IC temperature and input voltage intelligently regulate charging current. IP5305T supports 1, 2, 3, and 4 LED battery level display. IP5305T is available in an ESOP8 package.
