LM25018MRX/NOPB

The LM25018 is a 48V, 325mA synchronous buck regulator with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. Its Constant On-Time (COT) control scheme eliminates loop compensation, delivers excellent transient response, and supports ultra-high step-down ratios. The on-time is inversely proportional to the input voltage, keeping the switching frequency nearly constant across the entire input voltage range. An integrated high-voltage startup regulator provides bias power for internal IC operation and the integrated gate drivers. A peak current limit circuit provides protection against overload conditions. The UVLO circuit allows independent programming of the input undervoltage threshold and hysteresis. Additional protection features include thermal shutdown and bias supply undervoltage lockout. The LM25018 is available in WSON-8 and SO PowerPAD-8 plastic packages.
