The LMV551-Q1 is a high-performance, low-power op-amp featuring 3MHz bandwidth with only 37μA supply current, delivering an excellent bandwidth-to-power ratio. Unity-gain stable, it provides an outstanding solution for applications requiring wide bandwidth at low power. Features a rail-to-rail output stage and an extended input common-mode range below ground. Operating supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, functional across a wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C), making it an ideal choice for automotive, sensor, and portable instrumentation applications, housed in an ultra-compact 5-pin SC70 package.
