Low on-resistance minimizes conduction losses, while ultralow quiescent and shutdown currents help designers reduce parasitic leakage, improve system efficiency, and extend battery life. The integrated slew rate control of the LQ05041QCS6 is key to enhancing system reliability by effectively suppressing bus voltage fluctuations during switching. In cases where uncontrolled switching may generate large inrush currents and cause voltage droop, the slew rate control function limits inrush current during turn-on, thereby minimizing voltage droop. This load switch is offered in a 0.97mm × 1.47mm × 0.55mm wafer-level chip-scale package with 6 bumps at a 0.5mm pitch, and supports a wide input voltage range to help extend system operating life and enhance robustness.
