Overview
MK Nano SD NAND is an embedded storage solution designed in LGA package form. The SD operation is similar to commercial-grade SD cards. Nano SD NAND consists of NAND flash memory and a high-performance controller. The NAND region (VCC) requires a 3.3V supply voltage. Nano SD NAND is fully compliant with the SD6.1 interface, allowing use with most general-purpose CPUs. Nano SD NAND features high performance, high quality, and low power consumption. MK's SD NAND series incorporates an onboard intelligent controller for managing interface protocols, security algorithms for content protection, data storage and retrieval, as well as ECC algorithms, defect handling, power management, wear leveling, and clock control.
