KS22/KS20 are microcontrollers based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4 core, operating at up to 120 MHz with up to 256 KB of integrated Flash. The KS2x product family is built on the ARM® Cortex®-M4 processor, offering lower power consumption, higher memory density, and multiple package options. The device delivers 120 MHz performance through an integrated single-precision floating-point unit (FPU). Embedded Flash memory ranges from 128 KB to 256 KB. The family includes the following models: MKS22FN256Vxx12, MKS22FN128Vxx12, MKS20FN256Vxx12, and MKS20FN128Vxx12, available in 100-pin and 64-pin LQFP and 48-pin QFN packages. The 48-QFN package does not support DAC0 or I2S1.
