MUX36D08IRTVR

The MUX36S16 and MUX36D08 (MUX36xxx) are modern CMOS analog MUXes. The MUX36S16 offers 16:1 single-ended channels, while the MUX36D08 offers 8:1 differential channels or dual 8:1 single-ended channels. The MUX36S16 and MUX36D08 operate from dual supplies (±5V to ±18V) or single supplies (10V to 36V). These devices also guarantee excellent performance with both symmetric supplies (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = -12V) and asymmetric supplies (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = -5V). All digital inputs feature TTL-compatible thresholds, which guarantee compatibility with both TTL and CMOS logic when the devices operate within the valid supply voltage range. The low on- and off-state leakage currents of the MUX36S16 and MUX36D08 allow these MUXes to switch signals from high-impedance sources with minimal error. Supply current as low as 45μA makes these devices suitable for power-sensitive applications.
