Overview
This high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC features two independent transmission channels. It integrates protection functions including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, along with high-current pulse output capability. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V, with a maximum output current of 4.3A and a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
