This device is a high-performance quad SPDT analog switch featuring an ultra-low on-resistance of 1.8Ω (typical) at 3.0V VCC. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V and is designed for break-before-make operation. Select inputs are TTL-level compatible. The device incorporates intelligent circuitry that minimizes VCC leakage current even when the control voltage is below the VCC supply voltage. This feature makes it well-suited for mobile handheld applications, allowing direct interface with general-purpose I/O of baseband processors while achieving minimum battery consumption. In other words, no additional components are required in actual applications to level-shift the control signals to match VCC. The device is available in a QFN 3x3-16L package. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
