Overview

The NX5L2750CGUX is a dual single-pole double-throw analog switch with low on-resistance. The device operates from a single supply voltage of 1.5V to 5.5V. It features low on-resistance and excellent on-resistance matching, and employs a break-before-make switching mechanism to prevent signal distortion during channel switching. The device achieves true isolation. Even when the COMx voltage exceeds VCC, only minimal current flows back to the supply.
