The OPAx348-Q1 series are single-supply, low-power CMOS op amps. The OPAx348 series features 1MHz extended bandwidth and 45μA supply current, making them suitable for low-power applications with 2.1V to 5.5V single-supply operation. With 45μA low supply current and 0.5pA input bias current, the OPAx348 series is an ideal choice for low-power, high-impedance applications such as smoke detectors and other sensors. The automotive temperature range of -40°C to +125°C across the full supply voltage range enhances design flexibility.
