Overview

SGM2521/SGM2521A/SGM2522/SGM2522A are compact electronic fuses (eFuses) that operate from a 4.5V to 24V single supply. The SGM2521/1A/2/2A are designed for a wide range of applications, offering ±7% current limit accuracy at ambient temperature TA = +25°C. Built-in protection features include OCP, OVP, and UVLO. Fault conditions are indicated via the nFLT pin. The 3% threshold accuracy for undervoltage and overvoltage enables close monitoring of bus voltage while reducing the need for additional monitoring circuitry. The SGM2521/1A/2/2A are available in RoHS-compliant SOIC-8 and TDFN-2×3-8BL packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
