Overview

SN74CBT3257CDR is a high-performance quad single-pole double-throw analog switch featuring an ultra-low on-state resistance of 0.5 Ω (typical) at 3.0V VCC. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.3V to 4.5V and is designed for break-before-make operation. Its select inputs are TTL-level compatible. The device incorporates intelligent circuitry that minimizes VCC leakage current even when the control voltage is below the VCC supply voltage. This feature makes it ideal for mobile handheld applications, enabling direct connection to the general-purpose I/O of baseband processors while achieving minimum battery consumption. In other words, no additional components are required in actual applications to level-shift the control signals to match VCC. The SN74CBT3257CDR is available in an SOP-16 package. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
