Overview
STG719 is a high-speed SPDT CMOS switch fabricated using silicon-gate C2MOS technology. It is designed for a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, making it ideal for portable applications. At 5V and 25℃, the on-resistance is 4Ω maximum. Other key features include fast switching speed (tON=7ns, tOFF=4.5ns) and low power consumption (typical <0.001mW). The device supports commercial temperature range and is available in a SOT23-6L package.
