Overview
TURBOSWITCH "R" is an ultra-high performance diode. The TURBOSWITCH series diodes significantly reduce associated MOSFET losses during high dIF/dt operation, suitable for high-frequency off-line SMPS and DC/DC converters. Models include STTH30R03CW in TO-247 package and STTH30R03CG in D²PAK package. The flat area of the D²PAK package is no less than 2mm; the TO-247 package uses conductive (C) cooling, with a recommended torque of 0.8 N.m and maximum torque of 1 N.m, and the epoxy resin complies with UL 94 V0 standard.
