This high-voltage N-channel power MOSFET is part of the MDmesh DM6 fast recovery diode series. Compared to the previous generation of MDmesh products, the DM6 combines extremely low reverse recovery charge (Qrr), recovery time (trr), and a significant improvement in RDS(ON) per unit area, delivering one of the most effective switching performances on the market for demanding high-efficiency bridge topologies and zero voltage switching (ZVS) phase-shift converters.
