TLV62090RGTT

The TLV62090 is a high-frequency synchronous buck converter optimized for small solution size and high efficiency, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. To maximize efficiency, the converter operates in pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode at a nominal switching frequency of 1.4MHz and automatically enters a power-save mode under light load conditions. In distributed power and point-of-load regulation applications, the device allows voltage tracking of other voltage rails and supports output capacitance ranging from 10μF to 150μF or higher. By utilizing the DCS-Control topology, the device achieves excellent load transient performance and precise output voltage regulation. The output voltage start-up ramp is controlled by the soft-start pin, supporting both independent supply operation and tracking configuration. In addition, power sequencing can be implemented by configuring the enable (EN) pin and power-good (PG) pin. In power-save mode, the device has a typical quiescent current of 20μA. Across the full load current range, the device automatically enters power-save mode and maintains high efficiency seamlessly.
