The TMUX405x devices are general-purpose CMOS multiplexers (MUX). The TMUX4051 is an 8:1 single-channel multiplexer, the TMUX4052 is a 4:1 dual-channel multiplexer, and the TMUX4053 is a 2:1 triple-channel switch. These devices can operate from a single supply (5V to 24V), dual supplies (up to ±12V), or asymmetric supplies (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = -5V). The wide supply voltage range makes the TMUX405x devices suitable for a broad range of applications, from battery testers to home appliances. The TMUX405x devices support bidirectional analog signals from VSS to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds, compatible with both TTL and CMOS logic when operating within valid supply voltages.
