TMUX6121DGSR

TMUX6121, TMUX6122, and TMUX6123 are modern CMOS devices featuring two independent, selectable SPST switches. These devices operate from dual supplies (±5V to ±16.5V), single supplies (10V to 16.5V), or asymmetric supplies. All digital inputs have TTL-compatible thresholds, ensuring compatibility with both TTL and CMOS logic. A logic 1 closes the switch on the digital control input of the TMUX6121. A logic 0 is required to close the switch in the TMUX6122. The TMUX6123 has one switch with digital control logic similar to the TMUX6121, while the other switch has the opposite logic. The TMUX6123 features break-before-make switching, making it suitable for crosspoint switch applications. The TMUX6121, TMUX6122, and TMUX6123 are part of a family of precision switches and multiplexers. These devices feature very low leakage current and low charge injection, making them suitable for high-precision measurement applications. With a low supply current of 16μA, these devices are well-suited for portable applications.
