This is a high-performance quad SPDT analog switch featuring ultra-low on-resistance with a typical value of 0.5Ω at 3.0V VCC. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.3V to 4.5V and is designed for break-before-make operation. Its select inputs are TTL-level compatible. The device also incorporates intelligent circuitry that minimizes VCC leakage current even when the control voltage is below the VCC supply voltage. This feature makes it suitable for mobile handheld applications, allowing direct interfacing with the general-purpose I/O of baseband processors while achieving minimum battery consumption. In other words, no additional components are required in actual applications to level-shift the control signals to match VCC. The device is available in a QFN 3x3-16L package. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
