TPS22950YBHR

The TPS22950x is a small single-channel load switch that provides robust fault protection through adjustable output current limiting, reverse current blocking, and thermal shutdown. The switch on/off state is controlled by a digital input that can be directly interfaced with low-voltage control signals. At initial power-up, the device uses an intelligent pull-down resistor to keep the ON pin from floating until system sequencing is complete. Once the pin is intentionally driven high (>V_H), the intelligent pull-down resistor is disconnected to prevent unnecessary power dissipation. The TPS22950 responds to overcurrent events with automatic retry behavior, while the TPS22950L uses debounce time and latch-off behavior. The TPS22950x is available in a standard WCSP package and operates over an ambient temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
