The TPS27S100x is a fully protected single-channel high-side switch with an integrated NMOS and charge pump. Comprehensive diagnostic features and a high-accuracy current monitor enable intelligent load control. The adjustable current limit greatly improves overall system reliability. Device diagnostics are available in two versions to support digital fault status and analog current monitor output.
