The TPS548D21 is a compact single-channel step-down converter featuring adaptive on-time D-CAP3 mode control. It is designed for power supply systems requiring high accuracy, high efficiency, fast transient response, ease of use, minimal external components, and space-constrained applications. The device employs fully differential sensing and TI integrated FETs, with a high-side on-resistance of 2.9mΩ and a low-side on-resistance of 1.2mΩ. Additionally, it offers 0.5% accuracy and a 0.9V reference voltage, with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
