Overview

TPW3221 is a high-performance single-pole double-throw analog switch. The device features an ultra-low on-resistance of 1.2 Ω maximum at a VCC supply of 4.5 V, with a wide operating voltage range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The TPW3221 maintains extremely low quiescent current even when the control voltage is below the VCC supply voltage. This characteristic makes it ideal for portable applications, allowing direct interfacing with processor general-purpose I/O. The TPW3221 offers excellent inter-channel crosstalk performance, suitable for applications demanding high channel-to-channel isolation.
