TS12A12511DRJR

The TS12A12511 is a bidirectional, single-channel, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch capable of passing signals with swings from 0V to 12V or -6V to 6V. The switch performs well in both directions when enabled. The device also features a low on-state resistance of 5Ω (typical), with channel-to-channel resistance matching of less than 1Ω. Maximum current consumption is less than 1μA, and the -3dB bandwidth exceeds 93MHz. The TS12A12511 offers break-before-make switching operation to prevent momentary short circuits when switching channels. The device is available in 8-pin VSSOP, 8-pin SOT-23, and 8-pin WSON packages.
