Overview
The UCC27519 is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT non-inverting gate driver. Proprietary latch-up immune CMOS technology enables a highly robust single-chip integrated architecture. The UCC27519 logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features a wide VDD range, UVLO with hysteresis, and an output current buffer stage. Operating temperature range: -40°C to 125°C.
