Overview
WS4054 is a complete single-cell lithium-ion battery CC/CV linear power management IC. Its slim profile and compact package make it ideal for portable applications. Specifically designed to comply with USB power supply specifications. Thanks to the internal MOSFET architecture, no external sense resistors or blocking diodes are required. During high power operation or elevated ambient temperatures, thermal feedback automatically reduces the charge current to limit die temperature.
