CMOS Quad 2-Input NOR Gate, High-Voltage Type (20V Rated). The CD4001UB Quad 2-Input NOR Gate provides system designers with direct implementation of the NOR function, complementing the existing CMOS gate family. The CD4001UB is available in multiple package options: 14-pin hermetic ceramic DIP (suffix F3A), 14-pin plastic DIP (suffix E), 14-pin small outline package (suffixes M, MT, M96, NSR), and 14-pin thin shrink small outline package (suffixes PW, PWR).
