Overview
CD4011UB is a high-voltage (20V rated) CMOS quad 2-input NAND gate that directly implements NAND logic functions for system designers, complementing the existing CMOS gate family. CD4011UB is available in multiple package options: 14-pin hermetic ceramic DIP (suffix F3A), 14-pin plastic DIP (suffix E), 14-pin small outline package (suffix M, MT, M96, NSR), and 14-pin thin shrink small outline package (suffix PW, PWR).

- Propagation delay time = 30 ns (typ). at CL = 50 pF, VDD = 10 V
- Standardized symmetrical output characteristics
- 100% tested for quiescent current at 20 V
- Maximum input current of 1 μA at 8 V over full package temperature range; 100 nA at 18 V and 50 °C
- 5-V, 10-V, and 15-V parametric ratings
- Meets all requirements of JEDEC Tentative Standard No. 13B, "Standard Specifications for Description of 'B' Series CMOS Devices"
