Overview
NLAS2750MUTAG is a dual SPDT low on-resistance analog switch. It operates from a single supply of 1.5V to 5.5V. The device features low on-resistance and excellent on-resistance matching, with break-before-make switching to prevent signal distortion when switching from one channel to another. The device achieves true isolation — even when the COMx voltage exceeds VCC, only minimal current flows back to the supply.

- Pin-compatible with NLAS2750 and NX5L2750, QFN1418 (XQFN-10 (1.4x1.8)) package
- Low on-resistance: Ron = 1.5Ω at COMx = 5V
- Control pins compatible with 1.8V logic levels
- COMx voltage can exceed VCC for true isolation, even during power failure
- High off-state isolation: -100dB @ 100KHz
- Low inter-channel crosstalk: -97dB @ 100KHz
- High bandwidth (-3dB @ 700MHz) for USB2.0 high-speed signal routing
- Low quiescent current (<2uA) with wide supply voltage range (1.5V ~ 5.5V)
