Overview
Operating Voltage Range:1.65V to 5.5V Low Power Consumption: 1μA (Max) Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V High Output Drive: ±24mA at VCC = 3.0V The RS4G08 quadruple 2-input positive-AND gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The RS4G08 device performs the Boolean function Y = A·B or Y = A(overline)+B(overline)(overline) in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
