Overview

The RS4G32-Q1 Quadruple 2-input positive-OR gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The RS4G32-Q1 device performs the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A(overline) · B(overline)(overline) in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
