Overview
Applications
- Combines power-good signals with enable signals
- Controls the RESET pin of a motor controller. All three input signals must be high to enable the controller; if any signal goes low, the controller is disabled.
- 3-input AND gates can be cascaded to achieve up to 7-input AND gate configurations.
- Can be used with all three inputs active, or converted to a 2-input AND gate by tying one input directly to Vcc.
- Suitable for handling slow or high-noise input signals, such as the open-drain output transition from low to high-impedance in power-good signals.
